Paytm: UPI & Auth

shipping

Senior PM. The login screen for 100M+ people every month.

Owned the onboarding flow and profile across 100M+ monthly users. Took on the secure-login system from March 2025, the piece that lets other apps sign you in with your Paytm account. Earlier, built a quiet feedback loop that uses past behaviour to nudge users away from the payment instrument that's about to fail. Coached two PMs and two analysts.

BotBrained

shipping

Co-founder. The build arm under ShraviTech.

A team that ships. Two arms: client builds and our own products. Client work runs the gamut, Merme.in (handcrafted pottery e-commerce), Bhaat.in (ready-to-eat food brand), and a stack of bespoke websites, custom SaaS, voice agents, and Shopify storefronts. The in-house product line: TapVerifi, WhaBuzz, LeadVoice.

Fisique

shipping

Co-founder. Premium personal-training studio in Kokapet, Hyderabad, built end to end.

Started with the brand, service offering, pricing, trainer payouts. When off-the-shelf software couldn't handle the floor, built our own: a member hub, a lead pipeline the floor manager actually uses (Fisique Leadflow), and a tiny desktop helper that links the fingerprint reader at the door to the web app (Fisique Bridge). WhatsApp follow-ups that get read. And Kokapet.run on the side, a run club that became the studio's most-converting lead source.

Vybckr

live

A free scanner for apps built with AI tools like Lovable, Cursor, Replit, v0, and Bolt. Drop a URL, get a security report card in 30 seconds.

A passive scanner. Paste a URL, wait 30 seconds, get a graded report (A to F) with plain-English findings and a one-paragraph fix for each one. No signup, no login, no credit card. Checks the five categories that account for almost every AI-built-app breach: secrets in the bundle, unauthenticated database tables, misconfigured auth, exposed storage, and framework defaults left on in production.

Google Ads AI Assistant

live

A chat window that reads your Google Ads account and tells you, in plain English, what's working and what to fix.

A conversational front end over the ad account. Ask a question in normal language; get an answer grounded in the actual numbers, with the chart or the table where it matters. Conversations persist, so the next session continues the thread instead of starting from zero. Each user's data stays walled off from every other user's, non-negotiable for anything storing campaign history. Built lean: zero fixed infra cost, OAuth sign-in, streaming responses so it feels alive.

LeadVoice

exploration

A voice agent that picks up your inbound calls and qualifies the lead before a human gets involved.

A voice that answers in under a second, talks like a person, switches between English, Telugu and Hindi as the caller does, and hands the front desk a clean summary at the end of the call. The handoff matters as much as the conversation.

How I work

Operator first, PM second.

Most mornings start on the gym floor in Kokapet at 6 a.m., front desk, fingerprint reader, the member who didn't show. The product decisions that hold up are the ones written by someone who'll have to live with them on Monday.

Build the thing before the doc about the thing.

A working prototype is a better spec than a spec. The PRD reads honest when it describes something real instead of something hoped for.

Write down what good looks like, before anyone codes.

If I can't put success in a line someone else can verify, it isn't ready to build. The bar gets agreed on first, in writing, in front of the people who'll be measured against it.

The unhappy path is the product.

At Paytm scale you learn this the hard way: the SMS fails, the device unbinds, the bank rail times out, the regulator calls. The boring resilience work is most of the work. Happy paths sell demos; unhappy paths keep the lights on.

Self-serve, or it's a service not a product.

If a new user can't reach their first win without me on a call, I haven't built a product yet. I design for the lonely Tuesday-night signup who'll never speak to anyone on my side.

AI is a teammate, not autocomplete.

I work alongside Claude and Cursor every day, delegating, reviewing, pushing back. This site was wireframed and shipped that way. So was most of LeadVoice. The leverage isn't typing faster; it's running three threads in parallel and keeping all three honest.

Keep the shelf in public.

VirOrb got shut down when the unit economics broke. UPICred got parked after the regulatory cost became the wrong fight. Both are on this page on purpose. Pretending the shelf is empty is worse than admitting it has shelves. The scars are the part that compounds.

Distribution beats novelty.

A clever product nobody can find is a hobby. Kokapet.run became Fisique's best lead source not because the idea was new but because Sunday mornings are loud and Instagram is free.

None of this is a methodology. It's the residue of nine years of shipping things that worked, and a few that didn't.
