What is Paytm: UPI & Auth and how was it built?
Owned the onboarding flow and profile across 100M+ monthly users. Took on the secure-login system from March 2025, the piece that lets other apps sign you in with your Paytm account. Earlier, built a quiet feedback loop that uses past behaviour to nudge users away from the payment instrument that's about to fail. Coached two PMs and two analysts.
What's the outcome of Paytm: UPI & Auth?
Drop-offs down. Login system shipped under regulator scrutiny. The compliance bar that kept getting raised, kept getting met.
